A little clarity, before you choose.
Product details, fit, setup and order support — all in one place.
How long does the battery last?
The ring is listed at 3–7 days and the bracelet at up to 3–5 days per charge. Actual battery life varies with settings and use.
Are these medical devices?
Orbit products are for general wellness tracking. Readings and sleep stages are estimates and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent a medical condition.
How do I choose my size?
For the ring, compare the inner diameter of a well-fitting ring with our US 6–12 size chart. The bracelet has no fixed wrist-circumference requirement: simply adjust the fastening yourself for a comfortable fit.
Can I wear Orbit in water?
The supplied ring specification lists IP68 and the bracelet lists 5 ATM. Follow the product care instructions and keep charging contacts dry. These ratings do not imply suitability for diving or high-pressure water.
Which app do I need?

Can cycle tracking be used for contraception?
No. Cycle records are for personal tracking and are not intended for contraception, fertility diagnosis or pregnancy diagnosis.
