Use the QR code in the instruction manual supplied with your Orbit Smart Ring or Smart Bracelet to download the correct app. No subscription is required.
1. Charge your device
Follow the included charging instructions. Keep the device and charging contacts clean and dry before charging.
2. Scan the manual QR code
Download the app linked in your product instruction manual. Follow its phone compatibility requirements and installation prompts.
3. Pair through the app
Enable Bluetooth, keep Orbit close to your phone and use the pairing steps inside the app. Grant the permissions required by the app for pairing and syncing.
4. Wear and sync
Wear the ring or bracelet with comfortable sensor contact. Sync regularly to review your recorded sleep and activity trends. Screen layouts and available features depend on your device.

Give the device time to record your routine
Wear your device as directed and sync it regularly. A newly connected device may not yet have recorded a night of sleep or a full day of activity. Review the date and syncing status in the app before interpreting a missing record.
Check fit as well as the connection
For the ring, choose a comfortable size that maintains sensor contact. For the bracelet, gently adjust the sliding closure. Tightening excessively is not a substitute for following the product instructions.
